All suits are the same price, but will there be extra costs later?

Yes, sometimes. Depending on where you live, there might be an extra customs fee and/or VAT. Click here to see which rules apply to your country.

Where on the site can I go to see all the style and fabric options?

Since we custom make all our clothes, we can not show all the styles and fabric that we make. You can view a few in our testimonials section, and create your exake style fabric in the Design Your Clothes section.

What kind of fabrics is available for the shirts?

Quality is extremely important for LegaWear. You can choose from a large number of styles and colors. All shirts are made from cotton.

What kind of fabrics is available for the suits?

The supply of different fabrics in Thailand is close to unlimited. Therefore, we have chosen to offer our customers only one type of fabric, the best one.
Microfibre is a mix of cashmere wool and other materials, which will give you a serviceable suit that won’t wrinkle, even if you sit in a wheelchair.

How are you able to sell tailor-made clothes at these low prices?

Since we make our clothes in Thailand, we can offer tailor-made clothes to a fraction of what the cost would be in Europe and in the United States. Today, Thailand is well known for their high quality in fabrics and in tailoring. Also, because we offer LegaWear, only on the Internet, we don’t need a warehouse with finished products. We make the products solely on demand. Whenever a customer has made a purchase, the tailors start creating a unique suit.

What should I do if my credit or debit card does not work when I'm trying to purchase my clothes?

To protect your transaction, LegaWear will sometimes require you to create a PayPal account. If your credit card is rejected or if you receive an error message, your account may be protected agaist Internet fraud. To ensure a safe transaction, simply create a PayPal account and your purchase will be processed. PayPal is free and can be created using any credit or debit account.
