All clothes made by LegaWear are manufactured by our professional tailors. Because all measurements are unique, no parts of the process are made by machines, everything is made by hand. In order to make clothes for people with unique body types you need long experience of tailoring and an understanding of how the clothes will fit depending on the measurements.

Produced in Thailand
LegaWear's tailors have been creating clothes for over three generations, and are among the most experienced tailors you can find. After production, all clothes are shipped to Sweden for a final quality check, before being repacked and shipped to each individual customer's home. All these steps, including shipping, are already included in the price, which means no extra costs are added when checking out of the webshop.
Our fabrics
We let all our customers design their own clothes based on their own unique taste, so colors and sometimes the thickness of the fabrics are different for each order. We have, however, chosen to use only the best Microfibre fabrics available in Thailand for all our suits and tuxedos. This means that our customers will not have to worry about fabric quality or price variation. All clothes are top quality. The Microfibre fabric is a very elegant and modern fabric that is appropriate for every occasion, whether you wear a suit on a daily basis, or at single occasions.
Since we know that a majority of our customers have problems simply finding clothes that fit, it is extremely important that the clothes last for a long time. Many washes, daily use and extra tear due to different disabilities are some of the factors that our clothes need to be well adapted for, as well as accurate fit and durability.
Microfibre fabrics has a lot of variations depending on the manufacturer. The Microfibre we use is a blend of wool, polyester and silk, which will give you a serviceable suit that won’t wrinkle, even if you sit in a wheelchair.
For shirts we use a blend of cotton and polyester.
Washing advices
Whenever washing clothes, use common sense. A lot of factors affect the quality of the clothes after being washed, for example other garments being washed at the same time, age of the washing machine etc. The fabrics that we use for LegaWear clothes are of such high quality that washing is easy and without risk of destroying the clothes if the following advice are followed:
Jackets and Tuxedos need to be dry cleaned. If washed in a regular washing machine, shoulder pads and stability layers inside the jacket will be affected.
Trousers, Shirts and Jeans can be machine washed in cold water or low temperature. However, we recommend dry cleaning if you have a matching jacket or a full suit, in order to preserve the quality of the colors.
