Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the prices, worldwide.

Customs and Value Added Taxes (VAT)

A customs fee needs to be paid upon delivery in some countries. The percentage added in customs fees differ depending on the country you live in. Countries within the European Union has a 0% customs fee, since LegaWear is a Swedish company and therefore within the European Union. Click here to see which rules apply to your country.

Payment

We will begin making your clothing when we receive full payment via credit card or PayPal account

Currencies

SEK is used for orders within Sweden.
EUR is used for orders within the rest of Europe.
USD is used for orders outside Europe.
For the order to be processed properly, it is essential that you select the correct currency for your country.

Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide within 6 weeks of the purchase.

Guarantee of measurement

The customer is responsible for providing LegaWear with the correct measurements for the clothes. We recommend that you double check by remeasuring and confirming that you correctly entered your measurements prior to submitting your order.  LegaWear will make the necessary adjustments based on the individual needs of the customer, please follow the measurement guide.  LegaWear will ensure that the clothing we make will fit the measurements provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Return goods

For your protection, LegaWear has implemented the Swedish consumer purchasing law should you want to return goods. We will gladly exchange defective or faulty goods. Please report any defects to us within 3 days.

Security

We will under no circumstances pass on your personal information to any party. This also goes for e-mail addresses.

Caveat

We reserve against faults in price lists and website content.
